The Force Behind the Force 

The Fisher Institute plays an active role in creating future policies for the State of Israel in the field of Air and Space.  Despite the economic and budgetary crisis being experienced around the world, research activities are still continuing.  In a country where natural resources are limited, human resources become more valuable.  At this critical point in time, we must continue to invest in creating high quality researchers and leaders who will affect the lives of the people of Israel and will strengthen its position as a leader in international research. 

The Institute’s major advantages over similar institutes are: 

1.                   The ability to base studies on the vast experiences of the Israel Air Force. 

2.                   Participation of IAF veterans amongst the Institute’s team and the utilization of their vast experience and familiarity with the research subject. 

3.                   Matching research to the needs and requirements of a non-superpower country, which will make the work produced by the Institute attractive for many consumers worldwide. 

4.                   The spirit of innovation and technological thinking, which characterizes the people of Israel. 

By joining the Friends of the Institute, you will help contribute towards the stability and position of the State of Israel as a leading force in the field of

2.                   Achieve research objectivity while utilizing a multi-disciplinary perspective.
